Thank you for your interest in joining The Blanco Agency. We are currently accepting submissions from both experienced and emerging actors.
To be considered, please submit a video audition following the guidelines below:
Experienced Actors
- Submit a recent self-taped audition
- Include a current demo reel, if available
Commercial Representation
- NOTE: Texas Residents Only
- Submit a taped commercial script of your choosing
New Actors
Submit two short, contrasting scenes:
- One comedic scene (~ one minute)
- One dramatic scene (~ one minute)
- Performances should be natural and suited for TV and Film – subtle, grounded, and authentic
Musical Theatre Talent
Submit the applicable materials above, along with:
- A short singing sample
- A brief dance clip
Note: We do not represent babies or toddlers under the age of 4.
Taping Instructions
- Use a solid background with clear lighting and clean audio
- Frame should be a medium shot (mid-chest to head)
- Include a slate at the beginning stating your full name, height, and current city
- Record in landscape mode (sideways)
- Use a tripod or stable surface for a steady shot
These specifications reflect the standard requirements for professional taped auditions. Please follow them carefully.

If your submission aligns with our current roster needs, we will contact you to schedule a meeting.
Please do not call the agency to follow up. We review every submission thoughtfully.
If you don’t hear back from us, we encourage you to continue training. Like any craft, acting improves with practice and professional development.
You are welcome to re-submit after 3–6 months if you’ve gained new experience, credits, or training.
